30/60/90-Day Launch Checklist

This timeline assumes you're starting from zero. If you've already completed a step (an existing LLC, for example), skip ahead — the point is sequence and completeness, not a rigid calendar.

Your first vehicle earning weekly income doesn't mean you're done building — it means you now have real data. Use your first full reporting cycle (Chapter 10) to validate your unit economics against reality, then repeat this same sequence, faster each time, for your second vehicle.

Scaling to Vehicle Two and Three

The second and third vehicles should move noticeably faster than the first, because the foundational work — entity, banking, insurance relationship, contract, screening process — is already built and simply needs to be applied again, not recreated. Use this window to focus on the parts of the system that only become visible once you're actually operating.
